In Summer of 2023, Devin was one of three composers who created the score for Ardente: La Grande Guerre, a game made by students at Piktura. Ardente is a game set in World War I, but you do not play as one of the heroes taking up arms and killing enemies. Instead, you drive a “Little Curie” and save the lives of wounded soldiers.

For this game, Devin composed the Night Themes in which he drew inspiration from two French pieces, “Verdun! On ne passe pas” (1916) and “La Chanson de Craonne (Adieu la Vie)” (1917).
